Camel ride & walking in Imlil Atlas Mountains

Many tours which explore the mountains and introduce you to the Berber culture take several days on a trek. We are offering you a way to see it all in one day!
Come with us and discover the hiding Berber villages of the High Atlas Mountains in a different style. This combined half day camel riding and half day walking allows you to see the best of both Asni & Imlil Valley in one day. We will depart Marrakech at 9:00 am, returning at 4:30 pm. This is an opportunity to experience a camel ride without having to venture into the Sahara desert.

  • Lunch is included in a berber house in Aroumd village
  • English, Frensh speaking tour guide & Mules if needed.
  • Camel Ride
  • Guided walk ( 1 to 3hours) depending of your choice.

Left Marrakech to visit Imlil Village, our guide, his name is Hocaine is the famous and friendly tourist guide we've met.. every body knows him..he's from this small Berber village who lead us up the mountain where we had a delicious Moroccan traditional lunch. Thanks to those people we met for making this trekking extra special. You guys rock!! The whole experience was absolutely awesome!.

imlil-trekking.com invites you to experience a different face of Morocco. Just 1,5 hours drive from Marrakech you enter another world, another time. Leaving behind hot and busy streets, crowded souks and hooting cars High Atlas Mountains greet you with breath taking views, green oases, rivers, waterfalls and shadows under age-old nut trees.  Laughing children pass by, muletiers load their donkeys and Berber women already put on fire for mint tea and Berber tajine.  .

  • Beautiful scenery and nice guide. We were picked up in Marrakech exactly at the agreed time and were driven to Imlil by a good driver and your car. We were met by the guide and went for a short daytrip of about 4 hours and lunch home at the guide. Good Moroccan food.
